The Six Sigma Fitness™ Program starts with a DMAIC (pronounced dah-MAY-ik) framework to define a client or athlete's goals and objectives, measure the variables, analyze the data measured, recommend appropriate protocols to improve the desired outcomes and create a program to control the future variables to maintain the improvements that were made. We use this framework to hone in on various diagnostics and protocols related to movement, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle changes that would be best to support their success.
